
Overview
Michael Shamoon is a tax accountant at Dallo Law Group and his specialties include
tax controversy, calculating ERC cases, and tax compliance. When working with
Michael, clients can expect to be at ease and accurately informed along the way. His
high level of thoroughness and communication ensure clients are equipped with
peace of mind.
Michael is an honors graduate of the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of
Accountancy (BACC). He earned his degree in 3 years, where he also reached CPA
eligibility by taking a multitude of psychology courses. His diverse tax experience
includes being an alumnus of “Big 4” accounting as well as coming from one of San
Diego’s largest CPA firms. Michael has also held leadership roles at USD where he
tutors accounting and finance students. He is also involved in his church where he
empowers youth in spiritual life, as well as coaching youth basketball at his local
YMCA.
Among Michael’s skillset include multilingual talents in English, Chaldean-Aramaic,
Arabic, and Spanish. He has vast knowledge in various accounting-based softwares,
such as ONESOURCE, GoSystem Tax RS, UltraTax CS, ProSystems FX, CFS Tax, CFS
Payroll, CFS TaxTools, Drake Tax, AME Accounting Software, Wolters Kluwer. He is
also proficient in many data driven softwares, such as Tableau, SQL, and Microsoft
Access. During his spare time, Michael enjoys playing basketball, spending time
with his family and friends, and delving in culinary arts.
