
Overview
Chase Canevari, Esq. is an associate attorney at Dallo Law Group with specialties in tax controversy and ERC. When working with Chase, clients can expect good dedication, strong negotiation skills, and care in all aspects of his duties.
His diverse background includes beginning his career as a law clerk and working himself up to being a lead tax attorney where he worked on a variety of matters including IRS and FTB controversies, EDD worker classification audits, corporate tax planning, and Employee Retention Tax Credit. Chase successfully negotiated numerous IRS offers in compromise and handled a mixture of real estate, fraud, and breach of contract cases.
Chase earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Pre-Law Concentration) from California Polytechnic State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. He was an active member or several law societies including the Business Law Society and the Transactional Law Team. Chase has also earned a number of merits including the Law Faculty Achievement Scholarship, the Aberle Family Scholarship, and the Judge Gerald Brown Progress Graduation Award.
In his spare time, Chase is partial to golfing and spending time with his dog, Murphy.
Education
Chase holds a law degree (J.D.) from the University of San Diego School of
Law where he was recipient of the Law Faculty Achievement Scholarship,
Aberle Family Scholarship, and the Judge Gerald Brown Progress Graduation
Award. While attending law school, Chase was also a member of the
Transactional Law Team. As an undergraduate, he attended the California
Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo where he graduated with a
Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
