Chase Canevari, Esq. is an associate attorney at Dallo Law Group, focusing on tax controversy matters. Clients working with Chase can expect diligence, strong negotiation skills, and thoughtful attention to detail in every aspect of representation. He began his legal career as a law clerk and advanced to a lead tax attorney role, where he handled a wide range of matters including IRS and FTB controversies, EDD worker classification audits, corporate tax planning, and Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERC) issues. Chase has successfully negotiated numerous IRS collection resolutions and has experience with real estate, fraud, and breach of contract cases.

Education

Chase earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was an active member of the Business Law Society and the Transactional Law Team. During his time there, he received several honors, including the Law Faculty Achievement Scholarship, the Aberle Family Scholarship, and the Judge Gerald Brown Progress Graduation Award. He also earned First Place in Negotiations at the Jaffe Transactional Law Invitational hosted by Wayne State University Law School.

Chase received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Pre-Law concentration) from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
